The location feels prime, nice access to dining and attractions. The room holds good space with a microwave and fridge, making snacks easy. Breakfast had great options, especially the waffles and fresh coffee. Check-in was quick with helpful staff. The beds were comfy, really made a difference after a long day. However, the decor felt outdated and could use some remodeling. The bathroom had stains in the tub that gave off a bit of a dirty vibe. Wi-Fi connection struggled at times, which was annoying. Overall, this place had its ups and downs but I appreciated the convenient small fridge and the staff's friendliness.

The stay was pleasant with spacious rooms and a great breakfast selection that included fresh waffles and muffins. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected sleep quality. It’s a good spot for families, but maintenance in some common areas could improve.

The location was great for visiting nearby attractions like the university and several parks. The staff was polite and accommodating, and the breakfast options were decent. I appreciated having a coffee set in the room, which made mornings easier. However, the shower had issues with temperature control and the furniture felt outdated.

Good value for a budget stay
My stay was enjoyable overall. the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast included a variety of options like scrambled eggs and sausages, which were tasty. they ran out quickly during peak times. The location was great and accessible, but the building itself showed signs of aging, which could be updated.

Couples seeking decent stay
The bed was comfy and there were lots of pillow choices which was surprising and I loved the rain style shower head it was like heaven when I used it after a long day. Also the staff was super friendly which helped a lot during the check-in process we even got an early check-in with just a small fee.
It was a bit pricey for what you got but still acceptable.

Cleanliness definitely needs more attention!!! !!! Room plumbing issues presented functional challenges!!! Upkeep on furnishings feels overdue!!! Parking lacks sufficient spots and could use a security reassessment!!!

The room was spacious and clean, more comfortable than a couch on a lazy Sunday, with a fridge and microwave handy for late-night snacks. The breakfast spread had enough carbs to fuel a marathon, featuring bagels, muffins, and some hot options, which was a nice surprise for a budget stay.
